2017-08-07 Tartu: bike hunt
Walked all around Tartu, all over town, went to 4 different bike shops.
Later, the opening night of TartuFF, a free outdoor romantic movie festival in the town square
Almost no bike helmets here. Enjoying it. Compulsory only for kids under 15. Most people tootle around on footpaths, which means its pretty slow, weaving around people and potholes. Unusual to see anyone at 'im in a hurry on my way to work speed' Ive seen a few genuine lycra type cyclists who use the roads, flying along with helmets. Brave.
